The structure, organisation, presentation and contents of the Register are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, database rights and trademark rights where applicable.
All rights are reserved by EFPA.
Permitted use
Users may consult the Register solely for verification purposes.
Access to the Register does not grant ownership rights, database rights or any licence to reproduce its contents.
Prohibited uses
Without prior written authorisation from EFPA, users may not:

Any personal data contained in the Register may only be used for the purpose for which
the Register is made available.
Users remain responsible for compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
Reservation of rights
EFPA reserves all rights relating to the Register and may take appropriate measures
against any unauthorised use, extraction, reproduction or republication.
