On 18 September, the Hungarian Psychological Association organised an event as part of the European Semester of Psychology in Hungary. The event featured a special lecture by psychoanalyst Piroska Milák titled “The Treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder – A Psychodynamic Approach.”
This lecture was part of the “Psychology for All” series, which is open to the public and aims to make psychological knowledge both accessible and practical. Each talk in the series blends scientific insight with everyday relevance, offering tools and perspectives for professionals and the general public alike.
Professor Caterina Arcidiacono, representing the EFPA´s Board of Directors, participated in the session. She reaffirmed EFPA’s commitment to making psychological knowledge a tool for individual wellbeing, and to promoting its application at both organisational and societal levels.
