Content

Internet-based psychological interventions encompass various types and formats.
These include self-guided interventions and therapist-supported interventions.
Tailoring interventions to specific mental health conditions, severity, preferences, and individual characteristics have the potential to improve efficacy.
Implementation studies assessed feasibility and outcomes in real-world settings, emphasizing user engagement, adherence, and working alliance. Internet-based interventions offer increased access, flexibility, and convenience for managing mental health. However, challenges for implementation include data security, integration, and addressing disparities.
This webinar will offer an overview of lessons learned from 30 years of intensive research in internet interventions and the possibilities of applying these results to routine mental health care.
