71st Congress of Psychologists of Serbia: New Horizons of (Cyber) Psychology

We are pleased to announce the holding of the Congress of Psychologists of Serbia 2023, the main theme of which will be “New Horizons of (Cyber) Psychology”. The Scientific Committee proposed this topic believing that it will be sufficiently inspiring for practicing psychologists as well as for researchers and that it will attract them to the exchange of professional experiences and current scientific research findings on the psychological aspects of people’s functioning in various fields (education, work, health, social life, etc.), which especially in recent years takes place in two different spaces: physical and cyberspace. This modern life context certainly represents a challenge for psychologists, it requires a new understanding of psychological phenomena, which brings with it new insights into the phenomena.

As usual, the program of the Congress will include plenary lectures, thematic sections, symposia, round tables, poster presentations, workshops, seminars, forums, book presentations, and meetings of APS sections. The Congress will also include the annual award ceremony at which the Association of Psychologists of Serbia rewards its most deserving members. Guided by the suggestions expressed by the participants of this year’s Congress, we will try to enrich the program of the next one with some less formal activities through which the participants will be able to present themselves in an original way.

In accordance with the practice from previous years, it is planned to register the next year’s Congress of Psychologists of Serbia as an accredited conference – a professional training program for employees in education and social protection.

Congress of Psychologists of Serbia 2023 will be held from May 24th till May 27th 2023 in a charming town of Palić. We invite you to plan your participation in the Congress and to think about the ways you would take part and thus contribute to a productive professional exchange.
