EFPA Webinar – Ethics in Client Record Management

The EFPA Board of Ethics recently hosted a webinar on “Ethics in Client Record Management”, led by Nikola Petrović and moderated by Miguel Ricou, Convenor of the EFPA Board of Ethics. This event was part of the Board of Ethics’ ongoing webinar series, which aims to explore critical ethical issues in psychological practice.

The session addressed key ethical principles and best practices in managing client records, covering topics such as confidentiality, data protection, informed consent, and the ethical dilemmas professionals frequently encounter. Discussions focused on balancing legal requirements with ethical responsibilities, safeguarding client privacy, and ensuring secure management of records, particularly in digital environments.
