European Psychology response to current conflict

The serious conflict developing in Eastern Europe brings about great concern.

Nobody is unaffected, but particular strain is on the people of the areas involved.

EFPA has psychologist colleagues who come from countries on both sides of the conflict and wishes to express our sympathy with those directly exposed.

As a non-political, non-activist organisation we are foremostly concerned about the severe psychological impact of the crisis.

It is our hope that psychology, both as a science and a profession, will be applied to putting shared values and interests above those that divide, and to provide psychological aid and support.

We stand ready to offer assistance from the professional resources of our association and ability to draw on the collective capacity of our membership.
