EFPA joined the APA division 52 event: Roundtable “International leaders program: how to build a Global Perspective”

This hybrid Roundtable gathered international leaders of nine societies from US, Europe and Latin-America to discuss how to built a Global Perspective in Psychology and how to deal with the global challenges we are facing.

From EFPA, Caterina Arcidiacono gave a brief overview of EFPA and psychology in Europe. Nicola Gale spoke about collaborating to address shared global problems, and how EFPA is partnering with the American Psychological Association and the Federation of Swiss Psychologists to bring psychology to the UN at Geneva. Ole Tunold discussed promoting the profession, considering both the challenges in doing this, and the importance of raising awareness across society of what psychology can offer.
