22 Jun 2011

The EAAP board, in collaboration with the Australian Aviation Psychology Association (AAvPA),is delighted to announce that there is a newly launched journal Aviation Psychology and Applied Human Factors.

Hogrefe Publishing is now mailing the first print issue to the members their postal address as known by EAAP / AAvPA

Our new website provides easy means to update your personal details. Please do so if necessary. If you have any technical issues please contact admin@eaap.net.

As a special service, the journal will also be available online. Go to the Journal page of www.eaap.net  and click on the Hogrefe link.

The first issue of APAHF is online now. It is freely accessible in order to attract new subscriptions and to allow professional bodies to inspect it and include it in their library system. However, the next issues will be accessible for subscribers only. For the EAAP/AAvPA members there will be a special login procedure, as explained in the letter accompanying the first issue.

Both on the EAAP website and the Hogrefe Publishing website you can find further information about the journal, e.g., how to submit manuscripts as well as media information.

Your APAHF Editor-in-Chief, Professor Don Harris, welcomes your submissions for publication!

So please check out the new journal online and do tell your colleagues about it!

We hope you all will enjoy reading APAHF and if so, please do recommend it to colleagues, universities, research establishments and companies working in this area!

Sincerely yours,

The Board of EAAP, June 2011
